I am currently working a full time job in health care, but hopefully not for long.

We aspire to continue contributing to the economic rejuvenation of south central Iowa and its many great neighborhoods.  

The problem is that you can't buy financial flexibility after the difficult economic times arrive you have to buy the "insurance" before you need it.  

Majored in Economics, with minors in Finance and Corporate Strategy- Work as a Strategist for a company in the area- Looking to grow my expertise and portfolio of multi-family apartment buildings- Since moving to Kansas City, MO in 2014 I've purchased 2 6-unit buildings and returned them to profitability. - As a young person with limited capital I'm looking for more ways to raise funds and building on the successes I've experienced so far. 

Property values are rising at above average rates in Texas and below average here due to our weak economic climate.

Background (short & sweet):I started investing in February 2004 with two single family rentals and moved into developing, but got burned by contractors and the economy during the economic recession.
