My advice is to start a folder and put all pics of anything you like in finish level and start compiling your own style.

I use a small local team of a letter folders/envelope writers for .20 per letter.If you are doing the "hand written" yellow letter (which is huge labor but high response - close to 2% in my testing), you can simply customize as you write.  

I suggest you download some forms online for your state, then take them to an attorney to tailor for you.

I know Quicken sets up and tracks mortgages and syncs with banks, downloads transactions, etc.

We share a Google Drive folder that she deposits all of the information into on a fillable PDF.

I know a lot of people like QB, but its expensive and I've been using Quicken for decades, you just set up the categories for each type of transaction, and categorize the transactions that you download from the checking and CC banks.

Things like Skype take a lot of bandwith, sometimes you need to upload or download large files.
