In recent years the management of the community has been terrible (little to no response to homeowner requests, forgetting to sent notices of dues increases and meetings, failing to provide budgets until 2 months into the year, lack of vendor management leading to dead landscaping and neighbors being blocked in their homes when it snows...)I’m on the board and we’ve decided to look for a new company that will help get the community back into shape in order to improve our home values and make it a better place to live.Does anyone have recommendations for a quality HOA property management company in the Denver area?

When we walk the property for DD, we bring on contractors for all the major components (Roofing, siding, parking, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, Elevator, landscaping, pest control, overall GC).

When it comes down to estimating repairs, many people call a general contractor to give them bids before buying a property.Luckily for appliances, all you need to do is go to Home Depot and look at the price of an appliance and then google search the price to install.Here are some very VERY vague guidelines to repairs: Secure house and rekey: $250 to $300 Trash-out interior and exterior: $0 to $3,000 Power wash: $250 Landscape cleanup: $250 to $3,000 Exterior detailing: $200 to thousands of dollars, depending on dry rot repairs, light fixtures, siding, stucco, etc.

That will cover the exterior repairs and the landscaping, but on a SFH your expenses will be much less than that.
