I have marketing in place and get frequent calls from Craigslist and Yellow Letters.I am relatively new and am looking to Wholesale and possibly partner up on a Rehab should the right opportunity and Partner present itself. Some of these leads I'm receiving don't fit with my plans so instead of telling them I cant help them, I email local Investors and local contractors I've met through the local REIA and ask if they are interested in my lead and if I can provide their contact information to my lead and if they happen to do business then perhaps throw me a finders fee or take me for lunch.I've discovered that many of the REIA contacts I've met are not serious in that they do not respond to my emails.
