Hello everyone,I am starting with little to no knowledge about being a lender and a broker for private investing. 

I’d recommend getting terms from private and hard money lenders.

I’m willing to give a pretty significant interest rate for a private lender who is willing to fund this deal for me.

I can't even fathom going into a legitimate lender and asking them to refinance a property I purchased from a CC.

Private money lender certificate is something they made up.

I'm basically looking for the following fields (or whatever I can get):- Median Sales Price- Median Rent- Vacancy Rate- 5 or 10-year Property Value Appreciation Rate- Any historical values for the above to compare against currentAny tips/bits of wisdom folks can share would be appreciated!

Boom, buyer backed out even though their lender inspector found no issues.So how do you all deal with inspectors????

Consult with local agents to learn about market trends, specific neighborhoods, and recent sale prices of comparable houses.

Either way, I think your first step would be to find your lender, agent, contractor, and property manager you want to work with and get started!
