Some of the blocks closest to the lake are actually commonly occupied by 6-figure-earning professionals.

But lead to deal is dictated first by traffic source (like I mentioned above) and then by followup process (calling within 5 mins max and great closing skills), and the website itself aids it by ensuring it has great credibility on the site and builds trust.
