Even at -5%, it would take over a year.Job openings are at all time highs; so, wage growth should continue, particularly for the bottom 50% of households.Spending estimates by all income levels, but most significantly lower incomes, are at record levels and inflecting higher still.Average tax refunds are higher (due to child tax credit).The data shows that the biggest segment of society is doing better than ever...that's what causes inflation!

Weird question - I am buying a property from heirs... after talking to them for some time, one of the heirs tells me he has had children outside of his marriage... and owns a ton of child support, so how will it affect him?

Broadly speaking, according to federal law, you must allow at least two people per bedroom.So with that in mind, it does sound like your tenant is in compliance with this - one child shares a bedroom with her, and the other two get their own bedroom.I would bring this to the attention of your HOA.

Additionally, if you ever want to sell a property in Wisconsin, many people do not understand that delinquent child support, federal taxes and any unsatisfied docketed judgments are going to be an issue.
