I am only renting the home out for three months however (summer) they seem to be in a hurry and  want to pay all three months plus deposit up front.. if so, they can’t afford to have a credit check?

Get a different job each summer.

I am looking to have the project compleated by the end of summer 2020 and will be looking for my first BRRRR soon there after.

I believe this is due to the thermostat being placed in the hallway on the wall where the heater and return is.secomd complaint is that it is extremely hot in the summer.( There is no central ac but does have forced heat)My question:1.
