Any body see any red flags?

I know, not all builders are created equal.

The builders know there is going to be a large population increase here shortly and it even reflects in their prices. 

I'm about close on some commercial land and I've got my builders ready to add some storage units on the lot.

To the businesses that pay employees and hit every bodies pay check, to the real estate owners and jack up property taxes, to bank accounts and brokerage accounts and increase tax on gains.

Direct from the builder How did you finance this deal?

They've always had an idea of a "dream" house is all and I wanted to give that to them, if I can, while they're still physically able-bodied and can enjoy the charms of a spacious, modernized home.

Biggest features they were missing for me - direct bookings/website builder, pricing control/integration, robust calendar.

You may never need it, but with new constructions these days, you never know where the builder may have cut corners.Good luck on your next opportunity!
