Our goals are more long-term (buy and hold) and lean more toward appreciating markets, but are not opposed to more CF markets, if it's the right deal.

Hmmm....Seems like classic hard sales tactic used for selling time shares that we didn't appreciate which made us start looking even harder, more critically at the program.

Not a cash flowing market anymore because we've appreciated so much and continue to do so!
