In general, look for an investor-friendly structure as opposed to syndicator-friendly, and look for alignment of interests between syndicator and investors.For instance, I always look to see syndicator has their own capital in the deal.

I've not been as successful in finding PMs whose interests align with my own.We've close two properties in the same week a couple of times, but never two on the same day The first time we used the same lender on both and they had enough trouble handling two in the same week - they messed one up.
