I like to study and review appraisals to help me better understand how to analyze a good comparable.

Just find the person that has the most reviews and copy and paste.

Make sure you review all the leases and compare to bank deposits if possible.

@Gary NorthcuttSounds like you're starting out, and for newbies, when commercial lenders consider loan applications, they always asked for a personal guaranty after they review your personal credit, i.e., good income stream, no bankruptcies, past due loans etc.Having said this, I worked at several lenders earlier in my career.

We don't charge for an application but once we review it and feel they'll qualify, we submit them for the background/screening check which they pay for directly.
