I'm doing a full-scale interior and exterior renovation to the community, and have been planning a brand update.  

I am excited for this project because I get to utilize my interior design skills.

I like the idea of an attached garage with interior access to the house.

I don't know specific interior condition but the house was in great condition 3 years ago.

I have a great team behind me (lenders, contractors, interior designer, property manager). 

After all, sharing the interior of the house with FOUR different persons/families and only two bathrooms in my opinion is a recipe for disaster and tension.
