In June of 2018 I bought an off market deal in Lilburn,GA that was brought to me by an individual who had a friend that passed away and his wife wanted to get rid of the property.

I'm work for my family's business that owns some commercial properties, and now I have also obtained a real estate salesperson license and have affiliated with a brokerage firm.With Georgia real estate licence regulations, am I allowed to continue managing and leasing my family's property as a salaried employee of the family business (no commissions from leasing activity) without signing any agreements or with the broker I am affiliated with?

I have made quite a few loans in Georgia and Florida but none in South Carolina yet.

Recently, I acquired two apartment buildings in Macon, GA and am renovating many of the units.

Oh, sorry, they aren’t local but live in Gainesville, GA.  

I was more so looking at VA, AZ, MI and GA.
