Hi guys, I’m new to this:) I’m looking for a builder that can see the potential. I live in a single-family home adjacent to 7 town homes. I don’t need to sell my house unless I get the right offer. My price is $995,000. I’m not selling for what the house is worth I’m selling what can be done on the land. The 1st photo is my house the other 3 are the townhomes adjacent. House is located in Chamblee/ Brookhaven Ga. Which is a hot market right now in Atlanta. Firm on the price
