Even though this isn't my first time buying a home, I am still extremely nervous and eager to pursue my goal. 

There are SO many scams originating out of Nigeria that your chance at having found something legitimate are extremely slim.

Big Bear is extremely busy with families and skiers vacationing all winter.

You own 2 houses on one extremely large lot.

You might look for other items that suggest drug use or sales like corners cut out of plastic sandwich bags, or boxes of the tiny 2 inch by 2 inch zip lock bags, etc. 

It's one little tiny glimpse into seller's motivation.  

Vinyl plank, it looks like wood but is extremely durable.  

It is tiny [870 feet] 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom,no garage or even a carport.

They typically have brick or asbestos facades, pier foundations (crawl space), tiny kitchens, small closets, and wood-burning fireplaces.
