Smart money is decreasing their stock market exposure right now.

Banks use overlays to reduce their exposure to certain markets or segments they are either not familiar with or have unfavorable experiences (loss money) in the past.Hope that helps.

If the city wanted to really solve this problem it would open a wide ranging and comprehensive discussion that would talk about lead exposure from all sources, financial impacts, housing, water, and most importantly, financial solutions to solve it together. 

It's exposure to a variety of ideas, experiences, & stories that inspires people to take action and start their own unique investing journey. 

However, as your business grows in size and complexity your risk exposures will grow along with it and a commercial policy likely provides better coverage for your growing business. 

@Vince PonathHard to say Vince but I'd very aggressively develop your soft skills and make sure you get exposure / experience related to this gap you've identified.I also don't often see the best fit for a first purchase as being something that requires a lot of time/work.
