When our tour was over, we either rented or sold.  

I feel that a lower commission is justified due to the fact that:The higher than average sales priceThe agent won't have to give tours of the property or hold open housesThe project is unique and in a highly competitive and desirable neighborhood adjacent to downtown.

I’ll be touring the property this weekend.

When you are across country on vacation and during a bus tour of the city you wonder how much are the properties going for out there and decide to check out the real estate section of the local paper... before long your loved one catches you and accuses you of working on vacation.

Part of that will entail identifying out of state markets where those of us in Denver can find more and better deals.In August, I'm going to take a scouting tour from Denver to Ohio - because who doesn't love the Midwest in August - (possible stops include Kansas City, Indianapolis, Cincinnati, Columbus, Dayton, Cleveland, Toledo, or ??).  

I actually toured that property while I was in Louisville for a friend of mine who is now one of your LP’s.

Tour the property, with the agent, take additional stills - if necessary - and provide a video walk-thru/tour of the property.  

During 2007-2011 the Euro was strong and it was convenient for Europeans to invest in the US.

But the conferences and college tour crowd is back starting after New Years.

Needless to say that relationship involved a lot of trust which began with meeting in person and touring his projects to get a sense of quality of work etc.
