Pros: (1) Huge market access to buyers with a very slick platform (2) One inspection during the listing process v. multiple showings in a traditional MLS sale - meaning your tenant is less disturbed and you can keep going business as usual while the property is listed and sold in the background (3) Commission is quite a bit lower than retail MLS.Cons: (1) Everything is quite slow and bureaucratic.

I had the same issue before I switched to an online payment platform which automatically applies a late fee after 5 days.

You're probably right to assume that most donors have a CPA but I doubt the 100M renters and half a million homeless in American have access to a CPA, EA, lawyer, etc.So I was looking for some general Bigger Pockets wisdom from actual transactionsbut I'm finding very little nonprofit experience on this platform so far...If you come across any professionals that have actually donated or received real property into a nonprofit in American, PLEASE let me know :)
