Does HOA allow things like boats or motorhomes to be parked in drive? 

Things like people needing a jump start, a flat tire fixed, being locked out of their house, borrowing a boat motor, providing deer processing equipment, fax service, finding a place for their girlfriend when their wife shows up unexpectedly and sending/receiving packages are things I do for my tenants regularly. 

@Jeremiah Miller When you draw on the line of credit, your HELOC, once you exhaust it from buying assets........INCOME PRODUCING assets, not boats or toys..., you should or could refinance that heloc into permanent financing.  

You can't just "fall out of the boat and expect to hit water" any more.
