Hi Everyone, I see these different apps and memberships to help look for homes, evaluate properties but I am too frugal to blow the money.

You'd think if an app or a website was going to take away all of our jobs, that would have happened already seeing as Zillow, FSBO and Redfin have all been around 15 years. 

Driving: use a mileage tracking app such as MileIQ or TripLog.

When driving for dollars (D4D)   I use mostly used DealMachine App to track my route.

Smaller options like Boone which has consistent App State student demand can also be evaluated if you just follow some of the highways on a map outward from the major cities. 

Seems extremely high based on what you did in 2018, albeit lumber/materials cost have significantly increased with covid19 Michael, it's hard to compare apples and oranges on construction costs. 

Do you research but don't compare "apples to oranges" because the details matter. 

Most of the titles can be found for free at your local library, on their digital apps as audiobooks or e-books.Best of luck!

There are property management companies that have services where they help with the leasing agreements/screening of tenants if desired and then leave you to self-manage, however, there are also other software services/apps that you can figure out if needed.
