The idea of the giant American Dream is great, until it becomes a reality and you have to clean and maintain it.

For investors with cash, this means huge discounts, because if a seller must exit today, they take a haircut.Maybe another paradigm happens; maybe stagnation continues, taxes go up, plus interest rates, or an all out war on the American economy.

If you ever hear or read of investors saying they are not "paying" taxes, what they usually mean is that they are deferring their tax payments to Uncle Sam until some point in the future (via a transaction called a 1031 exchange). 

This should be the same.Con's, Uncle Sam is going to take a large chunk.
