Looking for renovation loan

Hi Guys,

One of you may be able to help here.   My client is looking to purchase a building in Brooklyn using a 1031 exchange (funds are currently held in escrow)     From the purchase she will have 100% equity in the building  and is looking for renovation financing.   The building is currently vacant.    She doesn't have great credit  so likely be looking for more of a stated income loan.     Does anyone here specialize in that and if so could we get in touch today?
