I am in MN land dev groups in FB and have spoken with Anoka County at length.

It's a product offered by Lead Propeller and am curious if anyone has tried it.

Im under contract on a single-family home with a basement in Loveland, Colorado.

I am not using it.

So if my annual occupancy is 70% using my calculation, I am doing much better than when they say high season is pulling 70%.

I have a property won at auction that is in the redemption period... it seems insurance companies will not insure it since I am not on the deed.

I am working on creating a syndication and I will have the option where investors can extend their investment 5 to 10 years.
