What stage or issues are you having or will have with the investment?

I want insurance, I know I need it, but I dont want to find out that I had too little, not the right coverage, some infamous no-pay provider, or the wrong policy.LLC partnership for remodel, brrrr, renovate and resell ( with subcontractors)LLC partnership for new construction (subcontractors)LLC sole proprietorship for staging, revision, and redesign, GC for minor repairs, event organization, cleaning.

None of the prospects got past the inquiry stage. 

Far too many get stuck in the "paralysis by analysis" stage, thinking they just don't know enough to get started.

I'm not new but still in the early stages of this journey of real estate.

With its cinematic arched entrance plazas and grand ticketing halls — which have, of course, appeared in thousands of films and TV shows — the 1939 landmark won’t need weeks of staging from the glam squad.

Any other advice regarding what I could be doing at this stage? 

I'm in a pickle as I want to use a LLC but it seems like I don't need one due to the infancy stage of my investment growth.

I think answering these questions might help narrow your search - I'm an investor/agent in Nashville (moved here from LA, my wife went to school in Riverside), and it helped me realize that my investment journey at this stage is all about creating cashflow - so I invest in 2-4 unit properties in Jackson, TN and Memphis, TN, and own a house hack in Nashville.

Do you believe the land developers are putting these out at the preliminary plat approval stage?
