When it comes time to actually invest, you will typically be required to show some sort of verification - either a signed financial statement if you meet the requirement on net worth, or income tax returns if you meet the requirement on income.

In my market, agents/investors/wholesalers pitching creative financing get this objection as well.They typically have a 2nd offer (usually much lower purchase price) for the owner to be able to accept now and cash out.

What my thinking was, right now llc rent income is only $57600, however if I use the same LLC to manage other properties also then, including all the rent (short & long term) my llc rent income goes to 250000.

The majority of their Syndication exists through Zumper and a small portion through Zillow; however, with the company transposing values such as units with the term lot, they will quickly get you blacklisted!
