Outside of that show up to the home improvement stores and see who is there at or before opening and talk to them.

Wondered if anyone has seen a trend on backfilling convenience stores that relocated for a gas site.

Use an enamel paint-talk to someone at a paint store (not a big box store) and tell them it is for cabinets. 

Our company even has an app (McCaw PM app) on both app stores that allows prospective parties to request rental comp analysis right from their phone.

The owner set a budget, and the tenant and I met at the carpet store to pick it out, which made her so happy.  

This greatly reduces the problem of using the wrong card at the store

They are currently storing their Quickbooks working files in DropBox, and from what I've read, there is huge potential for issues with the QB file when storing in DropBox.
