Other ways of assuming will be a Subject-2, Lease-Option and Contract For Deeds, you can search those here.But, good news, medical bills are almost a forgiven sin with regard to credit, many lenders will simply snarl at them and look the other way if they can if you are looking at owner occupied loans....meaning they may require a payment plan and use that with your qualification for a portfolio loan.

Those who tend to argue that the tax rates are too high are the same financially-challenged people who also argue that we need to spend $700B per year on Defense and a couple trillion more fighting wars against countries that -- despite what you might have heard on Fox News -- posed no immediate threat to us and had nothing to do with 9/11.If you look at the numbers, Defense accounts for more than half of all discretionary spending in this country.

Im not saying this is a good thing but when i go out with couple friends with my wife, and the husband works for a company and relies on that steady paycheck I truley have nothing to talk to them about eccept for the miami dolphins or other sports.
