I always love seeing 2 satellite dishes, they never paid the bill on the first one so it gets shut off and they install another provider right next to the old one.

This is an old hotel built in the early 70's it's over 100,000 square foot and has changed handed multiple times in the 2000's and in the past 5 years it has been shut down by our local government because there was a lot of illegal activity going on there.

NO NO NO and if the motor or the fan stopped working , the air conditioning shuts down and doesnt work .There fore using no electricity.Maybe they burned more electric because it was hotter out

Another naive idea, let me know if it is stupid: if the purchase price is well below ARV, can one simply shut the unlivable units and appraise only the livable one, as if it was a SF home?

If the gov't shuts down, it COULD have an impact, though in this rental price range, I am not too worried about it.
