But part way through the due diligence I was informed that they are all apart of the Excel program, which is house for people with mental disabilities.

Problem is that I have been disabled with a non-work related injury and will pull long term disability where I cannot make another income.  

I have worked for two companies over the last 34 years and was just let go by the second because I am on disability waiting for surgery to fix some health issues.  

I chose to keep the day job while being a Realtor in case it didn't work out I could just settle back into the 9-5 routine.

I'm not happy with my typical 9-5 routine, traveling (for work) for weeks if not months at a time, and more than anything how little there is to show for all the hard work I'm doing to make other people money.In many respects REI is in my blood - my grandfather, uncle, and cousin have all made sizable fortunes through REI but unfortunately I haven't gotten the bug until now.

We routinely put 5%+ EMD on properties < $500K.  

I'm also very aware of what a disability discrimination claim could cost.

Since i routinely do  these things wrong and then do them right for awhile, I know it makes a difference.  

My mom is 53 and can't work due to a work injury, but does not qualify for disability. 

Thank you hopefully I can keep with my daily routine and network enough to get my first flip in my belt bay mid year.
