If you are trying to represent the seller and sell it for them you should be acting in the best interest of the seller and if you don’t that’s where an ethical dilemma comes in.

I called the number on the for sale sign, of the properties I wrote down that interest me and started to dialog with the owners or whom ever were representing them, and placed the ones I could under contract for sale.

I'm hoping a real estate agent is representing you on your first purchase.

All the HOA’s I’ve belonged to represent a single community that only those members belong to.  

@Chris John A good Property Management firm will want to hold your hand through the buying process even if they are not representing you on the purchase.
