But I am in a small county and it is usually either Auction.com or an attorney/title company I know.If someone random showed up to auction a property I would either verify they worked for the attorney handling the foreclosure of contact the attorney and make sure they had hired said person/company.

The "lead" always thinks they are contacting the listing agent or the seller, and not some random third party agent.

I am kind of surprised you did not have one nice thing to say about us considering the amount of time Andrew and Cristina have spent with you, the numerous times my agents have shown your home, the routine updates you get and my outside staff driving by your home randomly visiting your home.

My partners and I have owned a 20-unit apartment complex for 8 months now and the property manager has consistently underperformed; monthly reports are rarely complete/accurate, vacant units take weeks to be listed for rent after constant nagging, communication is non-existent, random fees pop up on statements (NOT agreed to in contract), etc.
