The first step would be to get a good grasp on what it will cost to provide him with the care he needs now - and for the remainder of his life. 

I know that’s not the typical response for an investor, but I do things a little out of the box, and it has provided me well so far.

In places where I provide utilities I must provide within the temperature range the state requires but I don't need to let tenants control the thermostat whereas if they pay utilities they must have control.

Do they offer company stock, and provide passive revenue share income which is willable to your heirs?

It is completely free, there will be food provided, and multiple industry partners coming to talk and bring information.

I was thinking if 3 of us shared one, it would cut down costs and provide each of us that additional support we may need to juggle all of our tasks. 

They should be able to provide you with the most accurate information regarding property tax rates for the specific property you're interested in.

The funds that provide best returns typically have lower overhead costs.
