I think you may see it ramp up a tad if the cost of making repairs/cost of materials increases again as it is projected to do, and it will in turn push more people to look for homes that have all of the things they are looking for.

For me I pay all contractors , materials, inspections, I do the showings and placement of tenants once rented I then go and refi out and that depends reg 30 year fix is my preferred method of refinancing out.
