Most of the state is over priced currently in the towns I know and there is limited stock of MF homes. 

And, that is my income.I even started throwing around August because...it would allow for a buyers surge because of great stock market returns (FAKE), appreciating properties (FAKE), general faith in the economy under our new business bullish president (FAKE), and the number of buyers with returned credit scores after their last loss married to a historic interest rate starting to climb!

@Jared Boundy unfortunately convection was out of stock, so ended up doing baseboard heaters - didn’t want to hold up finishing my project for a week to try it out.
