I guess in the future landlords will be more sensitive to that language and strip it out completely or heavily water it down.Some attorneys I have talked to said the tenants would likely lose in court pushing that angle but the landlords do not want to spend the time and money to push the issue.I like STNL right now up to 3 to 4 top MTNL properties.

This will be just one of hundreds of similar incidents for the police, it is not that big of a deal to them, just make sure no preservation of crime scene is required, there will be tape and notices if so....FYI, your property is officially in a war zone!

There's no question based on the lease language that A) You can buy out your lease, B) There's a 2-month charge to buy out your lease, and C) The free first month is a concession given as a condition of fulfilling the entirety of the lease.

Check out the county records to confirm if these areas show in the official square footage.
