Generally speaking, anyone carrying insurance probably does a alot of work and will be alot tougher to get to do lower end, cheap jobs as naturally their overhead is more and will reflect in their price.I have a guy that does doors and windows for me on the side and this guy is the best window/door guy I have EVER used!

I most certainly got and still get those feelings but they are less frequent now.I used to get them most when I first started focusing on Wholesaling.I knew I was applying myself but the deals were not turning into dollars and I had already spent a ton of money on Guru courses.Like Bryan mentioned there are alot of scam artists out there who kept using phrases about Wholesaling like "fastest path to cash" "vacant house gold" so naturally you can imagine how miserable I was when the money didnt start running out of the kitchen faucet!

We even encounter areas where the number of unrelated parties can be even larger when there is an established shared living relationship that is of a permanent nature (think a group of intellectually disabled adults who will live together with some supervision - that can be a "family").Figure out the definitions, then see how those definitions are violated, and then report it to the proper authority.As to whether they will enforce or not, once a legitimate violation is reported properly, it is some gov't employee's job to address that violation, and then correct it.
