But I have Health, dental, and eye insurance to consider along with everyday bills that I have been viciously working towards lowering every single one of them.

Id much rather rent to somebody like that than a humanist with a survival of the fittest mentality 

What is important is that you have all of your finances in order and are prepared (mentally and financially) to invest if that’s what you decide to do.

Hey BP,The mobile home park that I am looking at purchasing has a valid permit from the county health department.
