Happy Holidays everyone! Wishing you and your loved ones happiness, health, and wealth!

2019 is coming and I am ready for my step into development / flipping. I’ve done my homework on financing options such as traditional loans to hard money lending. But feel a private investor(s) would be my best route as a “starter”.

Bit of background on me.

Was General Manager for a entertainment venue raking in 8million plus a year with 60+ employees for 4 years.

Property manager for the last two years on my personal income properties.

Licensed realtor in IL since August of this year.

Family has been flipping since I can remember with family in all trades from Carpentry, Electrical, to Plumbing etc.

Have flips with a need for a initial investment of around 100-150k. Need help, where do I look?

Thank you so much.
