Also, would you mind saying or private messaging where in Texas you can buy a lot that allows for mobile, manufactured homes?

My background is in construction owning a steel stair manufacturing company in the Chicago area.  

We have a family business of hardware manufacturing in India and are now looking to expand our business in USA.

Part of this is that most municipalities don't differentiate them from manufactured homes (trailers).

So it is a downward spiral of confusion and anger for some of these sellers.In short there is little help we can offer as investors to sellers that were oversold on manufactured homes and paid such high prices for these homes.

Manufacturer recommends nothing but does anyone think I can add a little extra protection, insulation, and soften imperfections in the subfloor?

I've had really good luck speaking with high end prefab manufactures.

It was explained to me by the lawyer who I consulted and sets these up is that this financing works better for manufacturing type business.
