Eviction process is easier for non-renewal squatter.. but it's still going to be a long, tough road ahead:Eviction moratorium is not over, and it still might be extended (again)Courts aren't taking on evictions in my county in Bay area at all, when the moratorium is over and they do start taking them, there's going to be a huge backlog of people wanting to evict.I would reinforce you're not renewing their leases (make sure you don't accept their money during the next term), and let them know you plan to evict if they plan to stay there.

The only possible scenario under which the driveway could have gone from acceptable to beaten-up like that in just one year even in PA's climate was if the tenant drove home every night and up the driveway in a tracked tank.In line with other comments, I would definitely would start giving Roofstock hell as well as any certified home inspector I could track down through the reports.

I guess when the GP and the middlemen involved in cost segregation studies proudly state its benefits, they are talking about the benefit to themselves rather than the LP.If your losses are not much then no need to file the state return as the money spent in filing the state return is way more than the money saved by capturing the losses.Did your cpa mention how the passive carry over losses are accepted by the state when they were not already recorded by filing a state return in the prior years?
