For example, I have found some very affordably priced properties in NY (state), but after looking at the laws in that state, they have very linient tennant laws that can take several months plus an attorney to evict, therefore not only losing rent but costing to evict.

I'm hoping maybe some local Denver, or well versed STR people can point me in the right direction.Here's are the questions: Are there only a limited number of licenses Wheat Ridge is allowing? 

We did the real estate tour again 3 months ago but with the amount of cash we have, the home we want to build will be about $14k per month so I projected that it would lose money. 

We were hoping we could've just done it for about $4k.
