Try to find a win/win.

I am trying to set up a win-win for all parties.

Win/win for a new investor...

If they list with her and the property sells, we get a referral check so it's a win for everyone.One question though...does anyone know if I have to disclose that my wife has a referral license when speaking to buyers?

Also it is my way of making a positive different in someone life by setting an example by providing good housing, to being an employer, and proving the good guys can win outside of a fictitious movie role.

I have never targeted college students I simply try to make a win-win situation when they  (or anyone in a unique situation where they might have 3, 6, 9 months of cash for rent) apply for a property.  

Everybody wins.

You can register for more than one auction, but as soon as you win one you cannot bid anymore.
