Personally Tyler is one city I would love to get involved in the future as they have good numbers on population growth, unemployment, income and rent growth.Other examples of landlord friendly states include TX, AL, FL, AZ, and OH.

Each room has its own thermostat and there is plenty of parking and land around the building.Possibilities include medical offices, storage facilities, convert the building into apartments, etc etc etc.The possibilities really are endless.
