@Chuck Redman It's a strategy I only began implementing this past month so that isn't a metric I've had the opportunity to measure yet.

Podio and Zoho CRM are good, cost-effective options (I do Podio implementations and have dabbled with Zoho).

I'm very interested in this strategy and want to implement it this year.
