It is in Norman Oklahoma not, too far from the university.

Since I invest out of state, my ideal partner would either have jurisdiction in each of those states or have enough of a global perspective to advise me across all the states.

Students are trying to save money and used to sharing space.Are you by any university’s and are you trying to market to students?

Worse, even if they did, each property in each market is different, so applying any rule that involves some type of universal calculation, is a waste of time...and as far as I'm concerned both lazy and dangerous.Now, before someone writes "it's just a guideline", saying that just proves my point. 

I live in (& sell) the Gables so know it backwards & forwards and can tell you that historically, it's a great place to live & invest in - keeps its value (even during the great recession); easy to rent (we have a very low inventory & lots of jobs, not to mention University of Miami), so it really depends on your goal(s) for your investment. 

I was hoping there'd be a university presence nearby. 

I am currently a sophomore undergrad at Syracuse University.

I'm currently in college at the University of Akron for psychology and I will be graduating this upcoming May (2021).
