How do I start my real-estate adventure?

Hello, My name is Kaden Myers. This is my first post on BiggerPockets and I just wanted to introduce myself. I'm currently in college at the University of Akron for psychology and I will be graduating this upcoming May (2021). I'm heavily invested into learning more about real-estate. But here's my plan...

I currently have roughly $31K saved up, and by the time I graduate that should be around $36K-$37. This money is all currently invested in safe stocks (Microsoft, Vanguard, Visa, etc.). Once I graduate I plan on getting my real-estate license (to utilize the MLS and as a job) and buying my first tri-plex or better and house hacking it using an FHA loan. After this, I plan on expanding (of course!) into single families/ bigger apartment complexes, and later down the line get invested in storage units, laundromats, and commercial real-estate.

I know this is a very long process and very challenging. but I just wanted to hear your thoughts. Is this a good plan? What have you had success with? is their any major things that I should consider? how would you spend the $37K if you were in my shoes?

Thank you for all your time and hopefully this is the first of many posts to come!!
