My wife got me a gift  card to drive a Lamborghini Gallardo for my last birthday, that was an exhilarating experience, even though I only got to drive two laps in a parking lot by myself, I was accompanied by a professional driver for the first lap.

Its cold, its snow & ice, its dark at 5PM, people are thinking of the holidays, spending money on gifts, and just plain are not interested in buying houses.But its a great time to buy houses because the competition is taking a break.

So they must work...And there may have been a day that I too thought less of people who used them however the older I get the more I realize that I don’t have the energy to worry about something as trivial as a signs placement...I would rather spend my free time enjoying the gifts and rewards of real estate investing and am satisfied that for some they are a nuisance and for others they are their marketing media to success.We have much more things to worry about; Secret Service and Hookers and Presidential Candidates and Mistresses...

Now, considering that, if you get mail in somebody elses name, and it's, say, a gift card, and you use said gift card which was clearly not intended for you, you could be charged with theft.
