Internet is included, but electricity, gas, water, other utilities are additional.I'm unsure whether there is a way to see what other comparable units in my community are currently renting for, but there are two comps awaiting tenants asking for 2100-2200.

The contractor stopped coming and called and said it was too much work, and with gas prices increasing he didn't want to do the labor and material.

However, the local Building Control is now telling me they think the County records are wrong and it should be a 3-plex, as there are only 3 gas/electric meters, not 4 (2 units share 1 meter), plus they can't find any records of when these 2 units where created - note the building is from 1900.If this is correct, is the County liable for providing incorrect records used to purchase the property?

I was recently told about https://energychoice.ohio.gov/ as I'm getting worried about rising electric/gas bills that we pay on multi units.I currently use dominion/first energy.Are there other choices in Ohio that are much cheaper?

I don't have any real expenses besides car insurance/gas/personal as I still live with my parents (60%-70% of income is saved).

The result is that you get hot water within just a few seconds on any faucet.We have a similar setup at our primary residence except with a tankless gas water heater.
