You could pay for some very costly mistakes or you can invest in your education and possibly shortcut the learning curve by learning from others.But of course, try to get more educated in books and forums with RE investing then wholesaling in general before jumping into any programs.

Contractors are so booked out that they are bidding themselves out of jobs just so they don’t get it, but if their bid is accepted they’ll make a killing or hire and still come out ahead.

I'm having a very difficult time finding a useful book that discusses finding & evaluating medium-sized multifamily properties. 

Take care of your bills and your credit will improve.Dave Ramsey's "Total Money Makeover" is a great book for starting to get your financial house in order. 

Also if you guys got any books, podcasts, that sort of thing to recommend drop them here as well!
